For FlexWage’s OnDemand Pay application, we use pay stubs and actual hours worked to track accurate, daily earnings.


EWA Costs & Fees.

FlexWage delivers all transfers instantly to the card or bank account of the employee’s choosing.

The employee pays a transaction fee, or the employer pays a fee per employee per month. An employer can also pay a portion of the employee transaction fee.

Fees are capped per pay period and month when employees pay the transaction fee, ensuring the most responsible, low-cost access to funds available.
