If you wish to request the deletion of your account and associated data, please follow the steps outlined below.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

  1. Contact Support:
    • Email us at support@flexwage.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
    • In the body of the email, please include your account details and the reason for deletion.
  2. Verification:
    • Our support team will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.
  3. Confirmation:
    • Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email that your request is being processed.

Data Deletion Policy

When you request the deletion of your account, the following actions will be taken regarding your data:

  • Deleted Data:
    • Personal information such as name, email, and account preferences will be permanently deleted.
    • All usage data associated with your account will also be permanently deleted.
  • Retained Data:
    • In accordance with our data retention policy, any transactional data will be retained for 7 years from the date of the transaction. This is to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Additional Information

  • Retention Period:
    • Transactional data is retained for a period of 7 years after which it will be permanently deleted.
    • No other personal data will be retained once your account deletion request has been processed.
